Terms of Service

CoachVision ("the service", "we") is a web application at coachvision.app that analyzes short sports video clips you upload. Body-tracking software measures your technique and returns a score, coaching feedback, and drill suggestions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You need an account to upload clips. Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The free plan includes 3 analyses per calendar month, every sport, and your journal for as long as you have an account; the progress trend chart shows your most recent 10 analyses. An analysis counts toward the limit only when it returns a full score; analyses that fail, that complete without an overall score, or whose overall score was narrowed because the camera moved, do not count. CoachVision Pro is a paid subscription ($12.99/month on the web at the time of writing; in the iOS app the App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe; some early subscribers keep a lower grandfathered rate for as long as they stay subscribed) that removes the analysis limit, plots every session on your progress trend chart rather than the most recent 10, and allows one streak repair per calendar month. Your full list of analyses and their scores is available on every plan.

How you pay depends on where you subscribe. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your settings. In the iOS app, Pro is an in-app subscription billed to your Apple Account through the App Store — the price is the one the app shows before you subscribe, and you cancel in your Apple Account's subscription settings, not our billing portal. Either way, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change — we'll tell you before a change affects a renewal. Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple (request one at reportaproblem.apple.com). For any other billing problem or refund request, email support@coachvision.app.

You keep ownership of the clips you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display them back to you — that is what delivering an analysis requires. Upload only video you have the right to use, of yourself or of people who have agreed. If you create a public share link, whatever it shows is visible to anyone with the link until you delete it.

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no uploading video of people without their consent, no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, no reselling analyses, and no circumventing plan limits. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

CoachVision provides informational coaching feedback about sports technique. It is not medical advice, physical-therapy advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Sports carry inherent risk — use your judgment, and talk to a professional before training through pain or injury.

Scores are software measurements and estimates from a phone clip. Beta sports include clearly labeled AI-estimated scores. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee that any score, fix, or drill is correct or will improve your performance.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida, USA.
