Delete your CoachVision account
For CoachVision – AI Sports Coach (coachvision.app and the mobile apps).
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Profile (the last tab), and scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account, read what goes and what stays, then type DELETE to confirm.
- Everything below is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period, and no way to undo it.
Same flow on the website and in the iOS and Android apps. If you can't sign in, email support@coachvision.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”and we'll do it for you within 30 days of confirming it's you.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name, preferences)
- Every video clip you uploaded, including the stored video files
- All analyses, scores, keyframes, and coach feedback
- Your journal and progress history
- Any share links you created (they stop working immediately)
If you have a CoachVision Pro subscription purchased on our website, it is cancelled at the same moment, so nothing is charged again. Stripe does not refund the rest of a period you have already paid for.
A subscription purchased through the App Store can only be cancelled by you, through Apple — deleting your account does not stop Apple's billing. Cancel it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple too: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
What we keep, and why
- Billing records held by our payment processor (Stripe) — invoices and receipts we are required to keep for tax and accounting. They contain no clips and no analysis data.
- Emails you sent us stay in our support inbox — and so does the copy of the address, subject and opening lines our support tool keeps alongside it.
- Usage rows — that a page was viewed, that an analysis finished, which sport it was and what it scored. Your account id on those rows is replaced with a random one that names nobody.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also delete individual analyses at any time from inside the app, without deleting your account.
