Delete your CoachVision account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@coachvision.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We confirm the request by replying to that address.
3. Your account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email, name, preferences)
• Every video clip you uploaded, including the stored video files
• All analyses, scores, keyframes, and coach feedback
• Your journal and progress history
• Any share links you created (they stop working immediately)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you subscribed to CoachVision Pro on our website, billing records are retained only as required by tax and accounting law; they contain no clips or analysis data. You can also delete individual analyses at any time from inside the app, without deleting your account.
